Liverpool have revealed the new third strip for the 2012/13 season
designed by Warrior Football. It is set to launch on the 02/08/12.
Carrying on from
the home and away kits, the third kit will also feature the traditional
Liverbird.
Many artist impressions of the new kit were leaked, adding hotly
debated and controversial speculation to the design and colour.
But official pictures have been released and the outrageous designs
have been silenced, with the shirt donning a subtle, sleek dark purple look,
with an orange trip along the V-neck collar.
The shirt also incorporates what appear to be tribal patterns on
the sleeves.
