Club have this evening confirmed Swansea midfielder Joe Allen has joined the
club.
Allen, 22, has
followed in the footsteps of his former manager, Brendan Rodgers, who swapped Swansea
for Merseyside in June.
The Welsh
midfielder has solidified himself as a top talent in the Premier League after
an impressive campaign last season, which saw him come of age under Brendan
Rodgers’ philosophy.
It’s been a busy
day at Melwood, with Craig Bellamy signing for Cardiff earlier.
